Ready, Set, Go!
I stood at the start line. I was waiting for Mr. Dorman to say go! We waited for a minute then he said go! Every body went as fast as they could. I was racing so fast and suddenly I got ahead of every one. It was amazing! I was puffing and my legs were aching and then I was so puffing I nearly threw up! I was close to the finish line. I won the race and I was so excited I did a boogie!
I like the way you recount the cross cross country. You must have been running really hard to feel like almost throwing up! I like the boogie. Great expression of events.
